Who we are

We operate as the principal trade association for Idaho’s rental housing sector. As the official affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA), our role is to bridge the distance between national standards and local application.

Our work is rooted in three pillars: advocacy, education, and connection. We represent property owners, managers, and suppliers, ensuring that the interests of the industry are protected while promoting professional development through specialized training and certification.

"Advancing the industry through shared expertise and institutional trust."
